Daily fires and fatalities across the country slow down the national economic growth, emphasising the need for cultural change to develop a sustainable safety mindset. This manuscript represents theauthor’s continuous effort to help organisations build positive safety cultures and includes fourteen chapters highlighting novel aspects of the Economics of Safety Culture Management from a practitioner’s perspective. It proposes a three-step approach—introduction, intervention, and integration—for implementing a robust safety culture within organisations.Enriched with examples, casestudies, data, and extensive literature review, the book is useful for industry professionals and management or engineering students, and supports the creation of a Living Injury-Free Environment (LIFE).
